About the Role

Asthe Brand Marketing Manager, you will be an
integral part of the team, using hospitality and marketing flare to craft
compelling brand narratives and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive
amazing guest experiences and commercial success.

elevate the visibility and performance of our unique portfolio of high-end
restaurants and bars? To take brand marketing initiatives to the next level,
changing our approach from a single-site focus to a multi-site strategy that
impacts and drives sales across our growing group?

The Brand Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role within
our collaborative Sales & Marketing team, working closely with the Digital
Marketing Manager, Content Manager and Sales Team to achieve sustainable growth
targets.

As a team player you will act as a role model to all
team members by showing a positive approach through excellent support, training
and communication.

In This Role You’ll:

  • Design
    and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns and events that drive
    awareness and sales.
  • Lead
    the planning and activation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, using
    brand building, problem solving and performance marketing to optimise
    reach and impact.
  • Work
    closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure seamless integration
    of brand and digital within all marketing efforts and with the Sales Team
    to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
  • Work
    closely with the Content Manager to grow awareness and brand salience,
    ensuring all communications are on brand and focussed on marketing
    objectives.
  • Own
    the role-out of food and drink launches and campaigns.
  • Utilise
    data, insights and experience to monitor campaign performance, identify
    areas for improvement, and optimise marketing spend for maximum ROI.
  • Demonstrate
    the ROI and financial value of marketing efforts back to the business.
  • Develop
    compelling and differentiated brand stories and campaigns with creative
    flare that resonate with our target audiences.
  • Own
    consumer insights, industry trends and competitor activities to inform
    marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Work
    with and manage external agencies… web, brand, design, photography.
  • Be
    an ambassador for the ethics and values of Black Rock Restaurants

People Management

  • Manage
    and guide a direct report who will focus on executing in-house events
    activities, coordinate project logistics and activation.
  • Oversee
    and guide a direct report in graphic design or design agency who will
    focus on communicating the visual identity for the group.
  • Support
    recruitment, induction, training and performance appraisals of new
    employees.
