Mira Search, a leading recruitment agency based in Dubai, is hiring on behalf of our client, an international holding company specializing in developing and implementing advanced technologies, and innovative products.

Currently we are looking for a Brand Lead for an international company that provides innovative solutions in the areas of: digital marketing, traffic, creative/design, payment systems, entertainment and gaming industry.

This is a pivotal leadership position ideal for someone with a strategic vision, outstanding creativity, and a strong grasp of brand awareness, reputation management, and leveraging brand equity.

As the Brand Lead, you will take charge of all media-related initiatives, including conducting interviews, handling publications, and overseeing public relations, ensuring that the brand’s messaging is consistent with our core mission and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy focused on increasing brand awareness, reputation, and long-term brand equity.
  • Lead initiatives to position the brand as a prominent and respected player within its market segment.
  • Oversee all media-related activities, including securing interviews, issuing press releases, and managing media coverage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce impactful publications and maintain consistent brand messaging across various channels.
  • Identify opportunities for storytelling and thought leadership to enhance the brand’s visibility and profile.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (content, marketing) to ensure all efforts align with the overall brand strategy.
  • Track brand performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights to refine strategy and execution.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and find innovative ways to position the brand as a market leader.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, PR, or marketing, with proven success in building and scaling a brand.
  • A strategic mindset with a creative, "out-of-the-box" approach to brand positioning and problem-solving.
  • Strong understanding of media relations, reputation management, and public perception.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English (C1 or higher); proficiency in Russian is a plus.
  • Experience crafting compelling narratives and leading PR efforts in a highly competitive industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire trust and build lasting relationships.
  • A passion for innovation and pushing the boundaries of brand strategy.
  • Competitive salary (plus performance bonuses and regular salary reviews).
  • Work schedule: Mon-Fri (9 hours with 1-hour lunch break), flexible start between 8:00-10:00.
