A British handbag brand is seeking a Brand Marketing Executive in London. The role focuses on delivering high-impact marketing strategies, overseeing retail marketing initiatives, and ensuring brand presence across all channels. Candidates should have over 2 years in brand marketing, preferably in fashion, and demonstrate strong project management and digital marketing skills.

Our London HQ is home to our in-house Design team, who are inspired by the natural world, luxurious fine leathers and the remarkable women who wear our bags. Each design is then responsibly made by our family-run manufacturing partners, in the expert hands of three generations of artisan craftspeople.
Brand Marketing Executive, 37.5hrs
To deliver the brand marketing strategy and communicate Radley as a modern British icon of accessible luxury, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue.
You will work with key stakeholders on the creation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with creative, sales, digital, and product teams to ensure a consistent brand presence. Additionally, you will support PR initiatives, influencer partnerships, and gifting strategies to amplify brand awareness and engagement.
A strong focus on retail marketing will be essential, ensuring impactful in-store activations and POS materials that enhance brand presence and drive foot traffic. You will work closely with retail partners to optimise strategies and align marketing efforts with seasonal and brand objectives.
This role requires a strategic and creative mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams to deliver compelling brand narratives and customer experiences.
