Overview

We're looking for a Brand Marketing Assistant to join our Publishing team and help bring our games to life through compelling campaigns and engaging brand experiences. As a Brand Marketing Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our marketing team to execute global brand campaigns, coordinate promotional activities, and assist in market research and analysis. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic industry and contribute to the success of our titles.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Brand team to support marketing objectives and strategies.
  • Assist Brand Managers with day-to-day global marketing activations.
  • Help create Brand Vision documents, Go-To-Market campaigns, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Produce presentations and reports, managing stakeholder feedback and formatting.
  • Schedule campaign calendars in alignment with GTM plans and tactical teams.
  • Contribute to marketing copy for platforms, websites, and scripts.
  • Support asset briefs and review deliverables for compliance and deadlines.
  • Provide insights and recommendations through campaign reporting.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer expectations in gaming.
  • Coordinate asset submissions with external partners and agencies.
  • Work with the Communications team to manage merchandise creation with vendors.
  • Take and circulate meeting minutes as needed.
  • Support events by owning specific defined areas.
  • Raise purchase orders (PO) for external agency work.
