We’re looking for a bold and strategic marketeer to lead our Specialities & Mixes portfolio—one of the most exciting and fast-growing areas of our business. This is your chance to shape the future of a portfolio inspired by evolving coffee trends, premium experiences, and the next generation of consumers. From driving innovation at speed to unlocking the full potential of our Cadbury partnership, this role is all about impact, creativity, and commercial growth.

Responsibilities
  • Set the vision: Own and lead the 36-month strategic plan for the Specialities & Mixes portfolio.
  • Drive innovation: Spot trends early and bring new ideas to market fast—delighting consumers and staying ahead of the curve.
  • Elevate our brands: Take our Cadbury collaboration to the next level, premiumising our tins and creating irresistible shelf appeal.
  • Deliver growth: Own the portfolio P&L, driving strong price-pack architecture (PPA) and unlocking new growth opportunities.
  • Know your numbers: Stay close to performance data, market dynamics, and competitor activity to inform smart decisions.
  • Collaborate to win: Work closely with the equity team to shape compelling campaigns and activation plans.
  • Lead and inspire: Mentor and support the ABM on the portfolio, helping them grow and thrive.
Qualifications
  • Innovation leadership: Experience leading innovation and renovation projects from insight to execution, driving fast-paced launches that excite consumers.
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to shape a compelling 36-month plan and build a future-fit innovation pipeline aligned to portfolio goals.
  • Commercial & analytical strength: Skilled in portfolio management, PPA, and using data to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Consumer-first mindset: Passionate about turning deep consumer insight into relevant, trend-led innovation.
  • Collaborative influence: Builds strong partnerships across internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver integrated plans.
  • Cultural awareness & agility: In tune with trends and able to act with pace to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
