Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced marketer to join as a Brand Manager at Gran Luchito.

You will play a key role in shaping and growing a challenger food brand in the UK, delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, shopper, and experiential channels, ensuring the brand remains bold, authentic, and culturally relevant.

Position Details:

• Full-time, 40 hours/week, home-based with limited travel.
• Salary: £40k-£45k depending on experience and location.

About You:

Creative, self-motivated, and impactful with a strong understanding of the Gran Luchito brand values: nimble, authentic, progressive, inclusive.

Your Key Responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Managing online presence and content creation.
• Growing community engagement and managing brand reputation.
• Leading product launches and collaborating with sales for trade marketing.
• Managing external agencies and representing the brand at events.
• Analyzing campaign performance and market trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience with challenger brands or FMCG agencies, delivering growth.
• Proficient in digital marketing, social media, email marketing.
• Strong copywriting, content creation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with shopper marketing, retail activation, and content creation (photography/video) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and data-driven.
• Willingness to participate in sampling, store visits, and events.
• Proficient with WordPress, SEO, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Based in the UK, eligible to work, and able to attend in-person events in London or Mexico.
