Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Description:

The Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of brand strategies to drive growth, market share, and profitability across Ipsen's oncology portfolio.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Medical, Market Access, Sales, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure alignment and excellence in execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-develop and implement brand strategies and operational plans for oncology products.
  • Lead cross-functional brand teams and ensure alignment across business units.
  • Monitor brand performance and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with field teams to adapt global campaigns to the UK market.
  • Engage with key stakeholders including HCPs, payers, and opinion leaders to support brand objectives.
  • Manage budgets effectively and ensure optimal resource allocation.
Candidate Profile
  • Degree in Life Sciences or a related field (CIM or ABPI qualification preferred).
  • 1+ year of the pharmaceutical marketing experience in specialty medicines (oncology experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the UK healthcare environment and pharmaceutical market.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with the ABPI Code of Practice.
