About the Role:

Do you have a passion for bringing joyful, high-quality products to life? We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager – Kinder Seasonal to join our team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in driving the success of the Kinder Seasonal portfolio—managing its P&L, growing market share, and strengthening its competitive position. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will support the development of brand positioning, strategic planning, and the execution of key initiatives, all while ensuring effective budget management.

Main Responsibilities:

As Brand Manager – Kinder Seasonal, you will play a key role in driving the success of one of the most emotionally engaging and cherished brands in the confectionery category. Kinder is rooted in the values of family, care, and joy—and your work will ensure these values are brought to life across every seasonal touchpoint.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will support the strategic direction for Kinder Seasonal, contributing to brand targets, sales forecasting, and budget allocation. You’ll help shape portfolio strategy—defining the right product mix, positioning, and pricing to capture consumer interest and maximise seasonal opportunities.

You will play a key role in developing Kinder’s communication and media strategy, ensuring every campaign reflects Kinder’s warm, playful, and quality-focused personality. From concept to execution, you’ll manage creative development and ensure alignment with both UK&I priorities and global brand guidelines.

In promotions, you’ll collaborate on seasonal campaigns that delight families and build brand love—leading material development, assessing campaign impact, and supporting contracts through Legal. You’ll work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing to ensure Kinder’s presence in market is both engaging and commercially effective.

Your role will also involve tracking business performance, analysing consumer and category data, and identifying ways to grow Kinder Seasonal’s reach and relevance. You’ll support ongoing brand research and innovation, ensuring Kinder remains at the heart of seasonal celebrations.

  • Experience in managing complex projects, driving change, and contributing to commercial targets
  • Ideally, experience in working with external partners or licensors, including navigating approval processes
