Your New Role

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you’ll manage our brand across all internal and external channels. Acting as the bridge between the central team in Sydney and QBE International’s leadership, you’ll coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, clarity, and excitement throughout the transition.

Main responsibilities:

Act as the primary brand custodian for QBE International, ensuring consistent brand presence across all internal and external touchpoints.

Develop and implement a clear, actionable brand plan that activates the group’s strategy across all relevant markets and channels.

Collaborate with key marketing, communications, and business stakeholders to drive buy-in and embed brand thinking into business planning.

Lead the execution and embedment of the brand strategy across all business units and channels

Track brand performance and manage the brand tracer to inform future strategy

About You

You’re a confident brand leader with a passion for storytelling, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to bring people together around a shared vision. You’ll be comfortable managing complex projects and influencing at all levels.

Skills you’ll need:

Experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles

Experience in delivering large-scale, multilingual rebranding projects, ideally in a B2B context

Great project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Deep understanding of brand strategy, implementation, and performance tracking

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Creative problem-solver with a proactive, can-do attitude

Experience working with cross-functional and international teams

A passion for branding and a collaborative, flexible approach
