Overview
The role of the Brand Manager is to support the development and management of the KPMG brand ensuring brand integrity across our Marketing Communications. Working collaboratively with campaign teams you will advise on embedding the brand story into campaign planning and delivery driving a clear, consistent and distinctive presentation of our brand to the marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Senior Manager to support all aspects of brand building from strategy to measurement
- Assist with the integration of the brand strategy across internal and external brand activation
- Support ongoing brand refresh workstreams including client experience and governance
- Research and socialise market and brand insights including competitor analysis, brand trends and innovation
- Track, monitor and provide insights and optimisations on brand health and performance
- Collaborate with key teams across the business to continuously improve how the brand is presented in the marketplace (in-house design team, Strategic Communications and Offshore Operations)
- Review marketing assets against global brand identity guidelines and professional standards in line with Service Level Agreements
- Contribute to the ability to facilitate office work, working from home, flexible hours, and part-time options across 20 sites in the UK
- Demonstrate the ability to articulate brand strategy into end-to-end marketing programmes
- Show a thorough understanding of brand building blocks: strategy, visual identity, activation, governance, and performance
- Provide clear, consistent, and pragmatic brand advice to stakeholders
- Be collaborative, data-driven and insight-led in stakeholder management
- Apply expert knowledge of brand management frameworks to protect and grow the KPMG brand, including risk assessment and mitigation
- Demonstrate experience of brand building in a digital environment
- Communicate issues clearly, constructively, and assertively with internal clients
Qualifications
- BA university degree or equivalent
- Professional marketing qualification (e.g., CIM) preferred
- Experience of working within a professional services environment
