Reporting to the UK Marketing Manager, you will execute brand strategies to significantly increase household penetration and position Kiddylicious as the Go-To Baby Finger Food brand in the UK. You will represent the brand, managing communications, our online community, and helping to build a brand that families and children love. This includes creating engaging content and expanding our reach to new consumers.

Aligned with our T.O.P. values of Team Spirit, Open Dialogue, and Passion, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing and reviewing the social media schedule for optimal engagement and brand relevance in collaboration with the Digital Executive.
  2. Identifying influencers who can serve as brand advocates and collaborating with them to produce relevant, engaging content.
  3. Supporting the Marketing Manager in executing Kiddylicious brand plans.
  4. Attending and communicating brand plans to retailers throughout the year.
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand retailer-specific strategies and exploring how Kiddylicious can align with them.
  6. Analyzing portfolio performance continuously and keeping the brand proposition ahead of the competition, ensuring the optimal product range on shelves, including formats and sub-ranges.
  7. Delivering annual NPD with detailed go-to-market plans, including sell-in strategies and communication launches, working with Global, Sales, and Category teams.
  8. Leading and implementing best-in-class consumer activation plans and events with clear evaluation metrics.
  9. Supporting the Kiddylicious team in increasing visibility across all activities.
Profile

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Brand Manager eager to join our fast-paced team and make a tangible difference. As UK Brand Manager for Kiddylicious, you will be a key driver of brand awareness and penetration, building strong relationships with consumers and ensuring our products reach as many families as possible.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Degree-level education
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant marketing experience within an FMCG environment
  • Experience managing through-the-line campaigns within a brand team
  • Experience developing owned media content and working with influencers
  • Strong project management skills, including cross-functional collaboration
  • Understanding of advertising agencies, with the ability to plan, measure, and execute marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies
  • Experience working with global or central marketing teams
