Our Brand Managers play a key role within the brand team to deliver marketing plans and growth in line with brand strategy and targets.

The role will support with tracking and reporting on performance, managing projects to launch, supporting on ATL & BTL campaigns, creating inspiring retailer and colleague engagement plans

As a Brand Manager, what will you be doing?

Lead Brand Planning & Execution
Support delivery of the annual brand plan, including brand and competitor diagnostics, identifying insights, and managing key brand-building activities, as well as responsibility for optimising the brand P&L.

Drive Innovation & Product Development
Manage EPD (Everyday Product Development) projects, product quality reviews, and delivery of cost and simplification initiatives.

Execute Brand Communications
Brief and manage elements of the brand communication plan, ensuring consistent execution of BDAs across all touchpoints.

Enhance In-Store & Shopper Marketing
Collaborate with the Shopper Marketing team to drive in-store presence and address physical availability opportunities.

Oversee Design & Executional Excellence
Lead packaging and design execution, including print runs/trials, and deploy Mapex tools on key projects.

Our Slough HQ is home to our Corporate & Commercial teams (e.g Sales, Marketing and Finance, among others). We’re all together on one floor and it’s a bright and vibrant, open plan space with lots of different seating and meeting room options that can accommodate any type of conversation from 121’s, team meetings, private soundproof phone booths to a Boardroom setting. We encourage our colleagues to converge and collaborate 2-3 days per week (usually on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays).
