We’re looking for an ambitious Brand Manager to join our Marketing team at Müller Yogurts & Desserts. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of one of the UK’s most loved brands, working in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities Include
- Leading the development and implementation of brand activity, supported by the Marketing Manager. Main day-to-day contact for creative and media agencies.
- Coordinating and managing the NPD project management process, attending project meetings, and ensuring compliance from all team members while driving projects forward.
- Partnering with the sales force to understand commercial performance and support needed to unlock distribution opportunities.
- Coordinating and managing the supply of key brand materials to the Sales force, agency partners, and other functions.
- Managing the design and artwork implementation process, liaising with external design agencies, and managing in-house packaging approval processes.
- Administering the brand budget: maintaining spend reports, purchase tracking, purchase order raising, including liaising with Finance, Purchase & Controlling.
- Assimilating brand and market information and producing brand presentations and monthly status reports for use with cross-functional category teams.
- Using brand data and analysis to make and inform brand recommendations, notably during Annual Planning.
- Understanding brand promotion plans and working with the Shopper team to develop assets.
Key Skills & Experience
- Hold a degree level or equivalent qualification (2:1 or above) in a relevant subject.
- 2-3 years marketing experience within the FMCG sector.
- Previous leadership experience through extracurricular activities.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Capacity to embrace and create change.
- Great team player with the ability to support, lead, care, and communicate effectively.
