The Role
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that position the company as a leader in the prime brokerage market. This role involves managing brand consistency, creating audience aligned marketing campaigns, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the company's brand presence and reputation.
How You Can Make a Difference
Proactively identify new brand marketing opportunities within existing and new markets – at country, channel, campaign, strategy, tactic, and execution levels.
Work closely with Head of Marketing and commercial stakeholders on wider marketing strategy and business development initiatives.
Own and continuously develop Scope Prime’s brand image and positioning on global scale to meet our brand and commercial objectives. Regularly review our brand’s purpose, vision, mission, and values ensuring these reflect our current brand strategy and positioning.
Be a global brand ambassador and custodian, ensuring our brand’s consistency, favourable image, and good repute in everything we do, both internally and externally. Ensure everything we do is ‘on brand’ and in line with our global brand positioning.
Manage and develop our global customer communication, content, PR comms, and the guide the brand’s social media communication strategies.
Develop and implement brand strategies to position the company as a leader in the prime brokerage market.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Create and manage brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and marketing, to align brand initiatives with business objectives.
Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based promotions.
Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics, such as awareness, reputation, and customer loyalty, and adjust strategies as needed.
Continuously develop and suggest new initiatives and smart ways to enhance our brand marketing potential.
Work closely with the Scope Prime team to refine brand strategy and comms to audiences/regions.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve brand strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years’ experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the financial services sector.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing and brand management principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM and analytics platforms.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
