About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and creative Brand Manager to lead the development, execution, and consistent implementation of our brand across all touchpoints. This role will play a key part in shaping how our brand is perceived in the market, ensuring that all communications, content, and experiences reflect our identity, values, and positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and refine brand positioning, messaging, and identity across channels.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visuals across all internal and external communications.
- Content Creation & Management
- Oversee content strategy and production, including copywriting, visual assets, video, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and agencies to deliver high-quality content.
- Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery of branded content.
- Campaign Development
- Plan and execute brand campaigns (online and offline) to drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
- Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on analytics and feedback.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, communications, HR, and external partners to ensure cohesive brand integration.
- Serve as the brand ambassador internally, ensuring all teams understand and align with brand guidelines.
- Market & Competitor Insights
- Conduct regular brand health assessments and track competitor positioning.
- Identify trends and insights to refine brand strategy and content direction.
- Brand Governance
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and toolkits.
- Ensure proper use of brand assets across the organization and by external vendors.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in brand management or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio of brand and content projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CMS, social media tools).
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Creative thinker with strategic acumen and attention to detail.
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience in Telecoms, Media, Technology.
- Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and data analysis.
- Experience managing agencies and freelancers.
