KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead UK & Ireland brand activations, launches and campaigns, aligning global strategy with local market execution. Ensuring planning, coordination and execution is seamless across all channels.
- Act as the central project manager, aligning cross-functional teams and ensuring each delivers their area of responsibility on time and to brand standards.
- Prepare and present activation, launch and campaign reports, analysing performance and identifying insights to guide future strategies.
- Lead the Hair Rituel by Sisley business in the UK & Ireland, owning its marketing calendar, overseeing all touchpoints of the brand, performing and presenting business reviews and identifying new distribution channels through hair salon partnerships.
- Collaborate with the global media team and media agency to deliver impactful localisation of media campaigns.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships, managing external collaborations and sampling campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor market trends, sharing insights to inform strategies and identify opportunities.

PROFILE
- Brand marketing experience, preferably in Beauty/Luxury.
- Excellent understanding of multi-channel marketing activations.
- Experience working in the UK required.
- Proven project management experience.
- Experience in managing and building relationships with stakeholders and external partners.
- Hands-on experience briefing and coordinating media campaigns: print and digital.
