Job Title - Brand Manager

Location - Glasgow City Centre

The Harley Medical Group and sk:n clinics are now part of the same Group that owns Optical Express and ACES, two of the leading ophthalmology providers, dedicated to giving both private and NHS patients world class levels of service and clinical care.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Brand Manager to join our marketing team at the Optical Express Group to take ownership of the sk:n and Harley Medical Group brands . As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance our market presence and drive customer engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while contributing to our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage the brand's positioning, messaging, and identity to ensure alignment with company values and goals.
  • Collaborate with various operational departments within the business to align product offerings with brand strategy.
  • Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimise results.
  • Manage budget allocation for brand-related activities and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
  • Direct and support internal and external designers and suppliers in the production of online and offline marketing assets.
  • Collaborate closely with external PR agency on industry and consumer PR campaigns, emphasizing brand development and increasing awareness.
  • Work closely with company videographers to develop content ideas, plan shoot days, edit and review video content.
  • Copywriting for direct marketing communications, print collateral, websites, company blog, emails and internal communications in line with key messages, brand guidelines and company tone of voice.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in brand management or a related role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with market research tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for branding and marketing.
