Job Description

We are looking for a smart and driven Brand Manager to join our Rowse team.

As a brand manager on Rowse you will own the full marketing mix on an iconic brand: from discovering consumer insights, developing products, leading demand generation plans (advertising, PR, social, experiential etc.) and interacting with key stakeholders including the board of directors.

Rowse was created by Tony Rowse in 1938 from its passion for beekeeping. Fast forward to today, Rowse is the market leader in Honey and its thought leader. At Rowse we bring you 100% pure and natural honey while our Hives for Lives initiatives and sustainable commitments protect the bees, beekeepers and the wider environment.

This is an exciting time for Rowse with a dynamic innovation plan, a stepchanged investment in the brand and strong growth ambition.

This is a flexible hybrid role with 2/3 days per week in one of our sites in London, Oxfordshire (Wallingford), Yorkshire (York or Pontefract) or Norfolk (Norwich).

Qualifications

The competencies required are leadership, analytical thinking, creating/embracing change, collaboration, personal best mindset (always trying to get better) and positive impatience (enjoying speed).
