Job description

Alliance has a unique opportunity for a new Brand Manager to manage our Hydromol brand in the UK & Republic of Ireland markets, driving growth through direct and indirect promotional activities, NPD, and market vigilance. The role is based at our Chippenham, Wiltshire, UK head office, working 2 days a week on a hybrid full-time permanent contract within the Commercial team.

We are seeking a Brand Manager with experience in consumer healthcare, RX, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices, ideally with skincare brand experience. The candidate should possess high-level omnichannel customer engagement skills, be confident in brand building, and demonstrate excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project leadership. A degree in Business Management, Marketing, CIM, or equivalent marketing qualification is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a brand marketing strategy for Hydromol, utilizing data insights to inform actionable strategies.
  2. Collaborate with creative and sales agencies to develop campaigns across ATL (consumer & HCP promotion) and BTL (retailer and trade promotion) channels, executing tactical activities within the brand plan.
  3. Work with the Field Sales team to develop and execute HCP Activation strategies, including KOL engagement.
  4. Advise on pricing strategies and promotions based on financial analysis to maximize brand value.
  5. Monitor market trends, analyze data, and gather competitor intelligence.
  6. Conduct market research, identify insights, and hypothesize to drive business performance.
  7. Manage NPD projects and support corporate development initiatives.
  8. Coordinate with internal teams and represent the brand at external stakeholder meetings.
  9. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards (ASA, PAGB, APBI, etc.).
