We’re recruiting for a Brand Manager to join a collaborative UK marketing team working across haematology and nephrology portfolios. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll partner with experienced Brand Managers to deliver innovative, omnichannel campaigns—with digital at the core.

About the Company

Our client is a leading biopharmaceutical company focused on improving the lives of patients with rare diseases. Their key areas include Inflammation and Genetics & Metabolism, supported by world-class capabilities in protein biochemistry and biologics manufacturing. The culture is purpose-driven, agile, and collaborative.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Digital Leadership: Own omnichannel execution, analytics, and digital content across multiple brands.
  • Rare Disease Focus: Contribute to therapies that make a real difference.
  • Flexible Working: Just 1 day/week in the Cambridge office.
  • Career Growth: Be part of a company that supports development and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Attractive Package: Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive digital innovation across 4 products in haemophilia and nephrology.
  • Localise and implement marketing plans with a focus on customer insight and digital opportunity.
  • Lead omnichannel brand execution, analytics, and digital communications with the Digital Marketing Business Partner.
  • Manage Veeva PromoMats and CLM platforms to ensure compliant, high-quality content.
  • Use tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Qlik, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, ON24, and Drupal.
  • Support national/international events including congresses and webinars.
  • Provide training to sales teams and collaborate with medical, sales, and agencies.
  • Analyse digital metrics and apply insights to optimise campaigns.

What You’ll Bring

  • UK pharma brand management experience.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise (e.g. Veeva, Salesforce, Adobe, Qlik).
  • Understanding of omnichannel journeys and rare disease marketing.
  • Experience in haematology, nephrology, or rare disease (preferred).
  • Knowledge of NHS pricing, reimbursement, and tendering across the UK and ROI.
  • Background in specialised secondary care, ideally in a small/mid-sized pharma company.
  • Previous specialist sales or customer-facing experience (desirable).
  • Deep understanding of the ABPI/IPHA Code (ABPI qualification preferred).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • A continuous learning mindset and passion for digital innovation.

This is more than a marketing role—it’s a chance to shape the future of rare disease engagement in a company that values innovation, flexibility, and growth.
