Chip is looking for a talented Brand Content Lead to join our fast-paced and friendly Marketing team – and help us redefine personal finance through exceptional content.
We’re building the UK’s most personal digital wealth manager: one simple, personalised experience to manage, grow and protect your wealth.
Chip is one of the fastest-growing companies in the UK, with over 400k monthly active users and £6bn in assets. We're on a mission to make our members' lives wealthy and challenge the status quo of finance. We believe no brand has truly nailed amazing content in finance, and you'll be instrumental in helping Chip change that.
This is a big role with a big responsibility. At the heart of our marketing team, you’ll be focused on delivering compelling, on-brand content across multiple channels, and contribute directly to shifting customer perception, building trust and driving engagement for Chip.

Although we’re in the financial space, and under the scrutiny that comes with it, the current marketing team works well together, and even sometimes with a smile. We’re sure you’ve got the technical skills, otherwise, you would have stopped reading by now, so let us be clear on what will make us want to work with you.
We want a real person, with interests outside of work, to join our team. You could be a dancer, a gamer, a musician, a parent, a hockey fan, or even that one person that still writes Twilight fan-fiction. Doesn’t matter to us.
At the interview stages, we will be looking for empathy, eq, fun stories, and the ability to smile even when things are tough.
