Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Brand Launch & Partnerships Director at our Crawley location. The Brand Launch & Partnerships Director will be responsible for developing and executing brand launch strategies, managing strategic partnerships, and overseeing account management.

Responsibilities:

  • Scout promising brands or products with viral potential
  • Negotiate equity deals or JV structures
  • Build/launch brands from scratch (naming, packaging, supply chain, etc.)
  • Find creators to front or push the brand (either as faces or affiliates)
  • Work with freelancers (designers, copywriters, editors) to launch lean MVPs
  • Push initial traction via TikTok Shop, ads, or viral content

Ideal Background:

  • Ex-founder, brand builder, or DTC operator
  • Deep network in the creator space
  • Experience in product launch, fundraising, and partnerships
  • Killer closer, strategist, and builder all-in-one

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Experience in Strategic Partnerships and Account Management
  • Strong Strategic Planning and Sales skills
  • Proven track record in driving brand growth and performance
  • Ability to work on-site in Crawley
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a must
