About The Role

The Brand Insights Analyst has the mission to deliver insightful data to our high-service customers via the Launchmetrics products and services. Combining advanced industry knowledge (Fashion, Lifestyle & Beauty) with data, the Brand Insights Analyst will build and own customer relationships with the support of his manager, acting as a trusted partner for our customers to provide data driven recommendations and support their initiatives to drive their marketing and communication strategy.

About The Role

The Brand Insights Analyst has the mission to deliver insightful data to our high-service customers via the Launchmetrics products and services. Combining advanced industry knowledge (Fashion, Lifestyle & Beauty) with data, the Brand Insights Analyst will build and own customer relationships with the support of his manager, acting as a trusted partner for our customers to provide data driven recommendations and support their initiatives to drive their marketing and communication strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Be an expert on platform functions and data to become a strategic advisor for clients, continuously driving value and ROI- connecting their goals to outcomes and developing relationships with multiple stakeholders and customer teams.
  • Ensure that direct management is up-to-date on clients documentation, reviews, reports, and risk and collaborate with direct managers to prepare regular account reviews with clients to ensure communication around priorities, reporting, data, and platform needs.
  • Support direct managers for day-to-day tasks linked to accounts with larger revenue while being accountable for its own accounts portfolio of smaller revenue.
  • Make sure to deliver customers’ reports & analysis on time and ensure that the data delivered to customers is accurate by conducting regular checks and liaising with internal teams to improve queries & data capture.
  • Proactively act as a timekeeper within its own team to make sure that all customers receive feedback in reasonable timing no matter the type of requests.
  • Act as the main customer contact for training on the Launchmetrics products, update of customers contacts lists, as well as questions on data/scope of work.
  • Collect customer needs and share feedback around products, new KPIs and measurement analyses to internal teams, piloting new developments alongside customers.
  • Identify trends and patterns in datasets to build detailed and insightful reports, utilizing quantitative and qualitative analyses to make recommendations around brand performance.
  • Build actionable reports to customers, acting as a thought leader to make recommendations around their brand performance.
  • Be an expert and evangelist of Launchmetrics’ unique measurement methodology.

About You

Who You Are:

  • Minimum 2 years experience with data analytics
  • Fluent in English (native or equivalent fluency)
  • Intermediate Excel skills and appetite for analysis and writing data-driven insights
  • Strong sense of precision and accuracy
  • Ability to engage with a wide variety of team members at different levels
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills
  • Demonstrate an ability to adapt to complex and changing environments
  • Ability to understand customers’ business challenges and needs
  • Demonstrates innate curiosity and enthusiasm for doing new things in new ways
  • Deals with issues constructively, seeking effective resolution and swift decision making
  • Perceptive and sensitive to the needs and motivations of others

Extra Credit

  • Fluent in Italian, Spanish or French a plus!
