Marvel FMCG in Manchester is seeking a hands-on marketer to help bring the brand plan to life across campaigns, social media, activation and new product launches.

You'll work closely with agencies, stay on track with budgets and timelines, and stay close to what the consumer loves and shares online.

If you have a flair for brands and a can-do attitude, this role offers real responsibility from day one and a clear path into Brand Management as the brand grows.

Qualifications

• Marketing experience such as a Marketing Exec, placement or grad scheme.
• Skilled at spotting online trends and consumer insights.
• Creative yet organised with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Helping bring the brand plan to life across campaigns, social, activation and new product launches
• Working hands-on with agencies — creative, social, PR — and keeping projects moving
• Getting properly close to the consumer: what they love, what they share, what makes them buy
• Keeping an eye on the numbers — brand health, sales, market share and how campaigns actually landed
• Owning the unglamorous glue that makes brands happen: budgets, POs, timelines
• Teaming up with sales, category and supply chain to turn ideas into reality
