Job description

Sytner Oldbury is looking for a Brand Expert/Trainee Sales.

Your role

You will be the first point of contact for customers by initiating conversation and building rapport to excite them about the brand. You will promote the benefits and unique selling points of BMW, accessories, and vehicle ownership.

This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

Your profile

Ideally, you will have previous experience of working in retail and be able to maintain exceptional customer care in a competitive environment.
