Job summary

Naylor's Equestrian Llp is seeking a Store Colleague to help deliver outstanding customer experiences on the shop floor in Norwich. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, and keep displays fresh and on-brand while supporting till work and stock replenishment.

This role requires a positive, energetic attitude, strong communication, a willingness to learn, and flexibility to work weekends and busy periods in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love.
• Use in-store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
• Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished — making sure displays stay fresh and on-brand.
• Support day-to-day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.
