Job summary

Smollan are seeking a hands-on Field Team Leader to oversee our Sampling & Brand Experience across Cambridge, Ipswich, Norwich and surroundings. You will coach a small weekend team, ensure flawless activations, and build strong retailer relationships.

In this visible, part-time role you’ll drive quality and performance, inspire staff, and support the Regional Field Manager with a culture of development. The package recognises leadership and hands-on delivery.

Qualifications

• Mentorship: Experience in training, developing, and getting the best out of a team.
• Field experience in retail or customer-service environments.
• Can-do spirit and positive approach to challenges.
• Ability to manage a flexible 21-hour week, mainly weekends, with reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Sampling Team across the region.
• Develop store relationships to ensure flawless activations.
• Maintain elite brand experience quality and consistency.
