Job summary

AstraZeneca is seeking a Brand Manager, Customer Engagement in London to translate national strategy into tailored engagement plans and customer-focused programmes. You will collaborate with sales, medical, and insights teams to design omnichannel journeys, activate campaigns, and optimise customer experiences for oncology customers.

In this senior role, you will manage agencies, oversee budgets, and ensure compliant, high-impact initiatives that support adoption and advocacy across key accounts.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in a scientific, life-sciences, business, marketing, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Significant commercial oncology experience with understanding of clinical evidence and adoption journeys.
• Experience translating strategy into customer journeys, engagement plans and programmes.
• Experience delivering omnichannel engagement across personal and non-personal channels.
• Ability to leverage insights to optimise channels and demonstrate measurable impact.
• Knowledge of UK NHS structures and pharmaceutical governance (ABPI Code).

Responsibilities

• Translate national strategy into targeted engagement plans and customer-focused programmes.
• Design and optimise customer engagement journeys for priority segments with sales teams.
• Lead engagement activities across channels, including digital, peer-to-peer, and media.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Marketing, and external partners to deliver integrated strategies.
• Manage agencies and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with governance.
