Job summary

• Fashion retail experience, minimum two years.
• Fluent English, level B2 (minimum).

Responsibilities

• Team Management: lead the sales team and support the Store Manager to enable staff development.
• Sales: help achieve commercial targets and KPIs while maintaining brand image.
• Customer experience: attract and build loyalty by delivering high quality service.
• Shop operations: ensure inventories, stock, cash handling and daily reporting compliance.
