We're looking for a Brand Development Manager to join our On Trade Team covering Birmingham. For over two centuries, Molson Coors Beverage Company has been brewing beverages that unite people for all of life’s moments. We produce some of the most beloved and iconic beer brands ever made and while the company’s history is rooted in beer, we offer a modern portfolio that expands beyond the beer aisle. The On-Trade is one of the UK’s most vibrant industries, covering pubs, bars, restaurants, and nightclubs. It’s a fast-paced, rewarding environment for those passionate about hospitality. As part of our sales team, you’ll build strong, long‑term relationships with customers, not quick wins. You’ll work in a key region alongside experienced colleagues in a supportive culture that sets you up for success.
This is a field‑based, customer‑facing role. You’ll visit a variety of outlets, identify opportunities, and help grow our brands using the “right brand, right outlet” approach. No two days are the same & you’ll manage your own diary, meet objectives, and enjoy flexibility. If you’re driven, people‑focused, and ready for a dynamic role, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re keen to hear from people with a background in sales or who can demonstrate relationship building and brand expertise. You’ll need credibility and relationship building skills to build outstanding relationships with all customers. You’ll have well‑developed numeracy skills, good commercial acumen, and be enthusiastic about our brilliant brands.
