Metaview, an AI company focused on recruiting, is seeking a Brand Designer to shape how the brand shows up across our website, product launches, campaigns, events, and more.

You’ll collaborate with Design, Marketing, Product, and our founders to turn complex ideas into simple, distinctive visuals and to build scalable brand systems and toolkits.

We value craft, velocity, autonomy, and a first‑principles mindset, plus genuine curiosity about AI and the frontier of visual language.

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio showing brand thinking and visual storytelling across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Excellent creative judgment: turn briefs into distinctive work.
• High standards and velocity delivering craft.
• High agency and autonomy with hands-on production.
• First-principles mindset for solving hard creative problems.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and visual language for frontier companies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve our public site with sharp, differentiated branding.
• Develop Metaview's brand system across typography, color, illustration, icons, photography, and motion.
• Create campaigns and collateral across digital, social, print, events, swag.
• Develop illustrations and graphics for website, product experiences, campaigns.
• Storyboard and direct the video style for explainers; animation is a bonus.
• Design compelling decks and assets for storytelling.
• Partner with Marketing, Product Design, Video, Events, and Operations from brief to delivery.
