Job summary

Metaview is an AI company focused on recruiting, building AI agents to accelerate hiring for world-class companies. We’re looking for a Brand Designer to shape how Metaview shows up in the world across website, campaigns, events, and video.

You’ll collaborate with Design, Marketing, Product, and founders to turn complex ideas into simple, distinctive visuals, while building scalable brand systems and maintaining a high standard of craft.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing brand thinking and visual storytelling across digital and print.
• Expert typography and layout across digital and print.
• Art direction experience across touchpoints.
• Ability to transform ambiguous briefs into distinctive work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the public website, keeping it sharp, fresh, and differentiated.
• Develop scalable brand systems across typography, color, illustration, icons, photography and motion.
• Create campaigns and collateral across digital, social, print, events, swag, and other brand moments.
• Develop visuals for website, product experiences, campaigns, and other channels.
• Storyboard and direct the visual style of product explainers and brand videos; animation is a bonus.
• Design compelling decks and assets that bring Metaview’s story to life.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Design, Video, Events, and Operations from brief to delivery.
