Job summary

Flotek, based in the UK, is seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Executive to bring the brand to life across channels. The role combines design skills with social media and digital content, producing graphics, photography, video and email campaigns.

You'll work with the Head of Marketing to plan content that builds Flotek's brand, supports campaigns and generates new business opportunities. Office-based, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a digital marketing, content or creative role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphic design across digital and printed formats.
• Experience planning, creating and publishing content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant social platforms.
• Familiarity with Ai tools and platforms for content creation, design or video editing would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging content for social media, emails, presentations and marketing materials.
• Plan, create and schedule social media content across Flotek's channels.
• Develop creative ideas to support campaigns, product launches, events and recruitment.
• Produce on-brand graphics, templates and marketing materials for teams.
• Capture and edit photography and video content featuring our people and projects.
• Edit short-form video content for social media and campaigns.
• Write clear, engaging copy for social media, emails and digital content.
• Build and send email campaigns, preferably using Mailchimp.
• Update website content using Webflow and maintain brand consistency.
• Manage content calendar and ensure timely publication.
• Monitor performance and iteratively improve future content.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to uncover stories and ideas.
