About The Role

As Brand & Content Manager, you will execute and manage amicable’s brand strategy across all platforms. This 12-month fixed-term parental leave cover offers you a chance to make a significant impact. Your role will be key in strengthening our brand positioning and ensuring consistent, resonant messaging to our target audience.

Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you will collaborate with internal teams to enhance brand awareness, credibility, and engagement, positioning amicable as the trusted choice for separation, divorce, and co-parenting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure consistent brand voice across all materials, including website, social media, email campaigns, and printed assets.
  • Guide storytelling and messaging to communicate amicable’s unique value proposition effectively.
  • Lead SEO strategy and execution, optimizing for organic growth through content marketing, on-page SEO, and link-building efforts.
Market Research & Insights
  • Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors, identifying new opportunities for brand growth.
  • Gather customer insights to refine messaging and positioning.
Budget Management
  • Manage the brand budget, ensuring activities are delivered efficiently within financial constraints.
  • Track and analyze branding initiatives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
Partnerships, PR & Media Relations
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships Manager to identify and manage strategic brand partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Oversee public relations efforts, fostering media relationships for positive coverage.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Manage and mentor content & community engagement specialists and other junior team members, setting KPIs and goals.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure brand alignment across all touchpoints.
About You
  • Experience in a similar role, including team leadership and budget responsibilities.
  • Experience within legal, financial, or professional services is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute results-driven brand strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with storytelling ability.
  • Creative yet data-driven decision-making skills to optimize brand performance.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
  • Right to work in the UK.
