You’ll shape how we show up across the UK, ensuring our messaging is consistent, clear, and aligned with our values. From social media to PR, content to campaigns—you’ll help drive awareness, trust, and engagement in everything we do.

Why This Role Matters

As Brand & Communications Manager, you’ll lead on how we communicate across owned and earned channels. You’ll manage our social media, PR and media relations, blogs, and branded content—ensuring we stay on brand and connect meaningfully with families, employees, and business partners. What You’ll Do
  1. Develop and deliver engaging brand campaigns and a clear content plan.
  2. Own and manage brand messaging across channels including PR, blogs, social media, email, and paid media.
  3. Keep brand guidelines up to date—and make sure everyone’s sticking to them.
  4. Lead media relations and create content across social, blogs, and web platforms.
  5. Manage our social media presence, monitor performance, and adjust tactics where needed.

  10. Track and report on brand perception, awareness, and key metrics across all audiences.

Success in this role means growing awareness of the Partou brand and building a reputation we’re proud of. You’ll see positive shifts in media coverage, strong and growing social engagement, and alignment across all channels. You’ll have robust brand tracking in place and a clear content strategy that supports both immediate needs and long-term goals. When issues arise, you’ll guide crisis communication calmly and clearly.

What You’ll Bring
