Brand Communications Manager


Assignment Type: 12-month fixed-term contract

As a Brand Communications Manager, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team responsible for driving the Ownership Services brand communications strategy for Rolls-Royce globally. The team works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strengthen the brand's prestigious luxury positioning.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Create, develop, implement, and manage Ownership Services content marketing by identifying and generating collateral that strengthens the brand perception, assists in the retention of existing Rolls-Royce owners, provides the best customer experience and drives product awareness and sales.
  • Continue to build a strong and differentiated branding for Ownership Services to help build and strengthen the brand's global luxury positioning.
  • Define and communicate the branding for Ownership Services to develop a unique, aspirational and differentiated image in the market to help retain existing owners, re-engage lapsed clients and stimulate demand and profit.
  • Identify and select a channel strategy for Ownership Services communications to maximise effectiveness with identified groups, mainly existing Rolls-Royce owners. Devise and implement an appropriate messaging strategy for Rolls-Royce to each Ownership Services audience, ensuring an appropriate choice of message is delivered to the desired audience in the most effective manner to ensure maximum contribution to corporate objectives.
  • Devise, execute, monitor and implement change so that projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Monitor and control Ownership Services budget to ensure maximum results are delivered within budget through effective cost control.
  • Monitor and react to metrics and reports to allow senior management to understand activity and react accordingly.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Significant marketing communications experience in the automotive and/or luxury sector.
  • Understanding of the automotive industry
  • Intermediate to advanced PC skills - packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat X and Desktop Publishing. Experience with Adobe Design Standard software is desirable but not essential.
  • Able to work against tight deadlines
  • A high aptitude for retaining detailed information
  • Excellent spelling and grammar
  • A flexible individual with the ability to multitask
