Job description

Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for brand storytelling and public relations? We’re looking for an experienced Brand & PR Manager to lead the development, communication, and growth of a compelling brand identity, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint and driving our PR presence across the UK.

This is a hands-on role involving brand leadership, campaign planning, client management, and oversight of internal and external communications. You’ll also support and lead a small marketing team, with occasional UK travel required.

Key Responsibilities

People & Client Management

  • Line management of marketing team members
  • Relationship management for key clients
  • Support and training for regional marketing teams

Brand Strategy & Identity

  • Define and evolve brand positioning, tone of voice, mission, and values
  • Conduct market, competitor, and audience research
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all platforms
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, and internal communications
  • Lead internal brand training and onboarding

Campaigns & Content

  • Plan and deliver integrated brand campaigns (online & offline)
  • Collaborate with the team to align messaging, tone, and visual identity
  • Review and approve creative assets
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and impact

Customer & Market Insights

  • Use data, analytics, surveys, and focus groups to track brand perception
  • Measure awareness, sentiment, and share of voice

PR Strategy & Execution

  • Strengthen brand authority within the property auction sector
  • Generate media coverage
  • Position the brand as a trusted authority and drive web traffic
  • Produce quarterly PR impact reports

Required skills and experience

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on brand and/or PR
  • Proven experience managing a small team
  • Strong copywriting and editorial skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent project management and organisational abilities
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
  • Experience working across digital, print, and social media channels
  • Ability to interpret data and insights to inform brand strategy
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
