We are searching for an experienced and creative Brand and Design Specialist to join our Marketing and Client Development team on a full time and permanent basis. This role is pivotal in strengthening the firm’s brand identity and ensuring the consistency and impact of all visual communications, both internally and externally.

We are looking for someone to bring both creative vision and process management; ensuring the firm’s reputation, compliance and strategy are supported in everything they do. Working closely with the Marketing and Client Development team, alongside the wider firm, you will deliver a consistently high-level brand experience, with an emphasis on visual communications.

This role offers huge potential for job satisfaction, where you will oversee the development, implementation and evolve the firm’s visual identity whilst supporting and aligning with strategic goals.

This role can be based out of our Exeter or Bristol office, with the expectation for some travel to our other offices when required. The team also come together for an anchor day in the Exeter office every Wednesday.

Who you are

Demonstrating 5+ years’ worth of experience in a branding / design role, ideally within a professional services environment, you will have the skills and experience to lead on brand and design projects and guide teams with a deep understanding of brand consistency and visual identity.

You will have experience in project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects, stakeholders at all levels and adhere to deadlines. Excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to deliver high- quality, consistent work will come naturally to you and your skillset.

You will already be highly competent in Adobe Creative Suite knowledge including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, along with video editing software experience. You will also be experienced in briefing and working with design and creative agencies; ensuring brand consistency, tone of voice and that the firm’s visual identity is understood.
