Job description

Our Brand & Campaign Marketing Manager role is pivotal in delivering powerful local and national campaigns to increase customer awareness, brand equity, and overall return on investment.

Key Duties:

  1. Provide strategic direction for all brand creative, design, and content.
  2. Deliver tactical and brand campaigns across the full marketing mix to support overall business KPIs.
  3. Own and deliver our rolling calendar of tactical campaign activities aimed at maximizing business KPIs.
  4. Shape and deliver the brand strategy through engaging and relevant communications.
  5. Manage campaigns from concept to deployment, including analytics and ROI evaluation.
  6. Enhance our profile with existing and target customers using segmentation; build brand equity and emotional connections at each touchpoint.
  7. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing outputs, acting as a guardian for brand guidelines.
  8. Align and prioritize activity, spend, and resources with revenue opportunities and business plans.

Experience & Knowledge:

  • At least 3+ years of marketing experience.
  • Solid understanding of the full marketing mix, including online, offline, and media planning.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation, SEO, PPC, and CRM platforms.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strategic thinker with creative capabilities to develop impactful campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Natural leader with an engaging, energetic personality who can influence change.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills at all levels.
  • Solutions-focused team player with a proactive, structured, ‘can-do’ approach.
