Job summary

ADIDAS is seeking a retail team member in the United Kingdom to support store sales and brand loyalty. You will work to achieve KPI targets, serve customers with excellence, and uphold Brand Attitude and Values.

You will use product knowledge to highlight features and benefits, while maintaining store standards and accurate cash handling. You will collaborate with colleagues, participate in training, and seek opportunities to learn and grow within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 months experience in a sports/fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment
• Basic numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills
• Market needs may require additions

Responsibilities

• Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, take ownership and use store resources to meet or exceed them
• Execute Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations
• Be a Brand Ambassador, consistently exhibiting Brand Attitude and Values
• Use Seasonal Brand and product knowledge during sales interactions
• Communicate product features and benefits clearly to address customers' needs
• Adhere to all established policies and procedures
• Execute Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
• Process merchandise deliveries quickly and replenish merchandising fixtures
• Complete cash register transactions quickly and accurately
• Minimize loss in stockroom and sales floor
• Perform store operations safely, effectively and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members
• Complete training programs and apply learning on the job
• Seek coaching and learning opportunities to improve performance
