adidas is seeking a retail team member to engage customers on the shop floor, promote adidas products, and uphold brand standards. You will assist with deliveries and replenishment to help meet store goals while delivering excellent service.

Ideal candidates have experience in sports or fashion retail, strong English communication, and a collaborative mindset. Adidas offers a supportive environment, growth opportunities, and a modern retail setting.

Competenze

• 1+ months working in a sports or fashion retail environment.
• Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales.
• Effective customer service and sales skills.
• Being a team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious.
• Good communications skills in English.

• Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.
• Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
• Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.
