Job summary

Braintree Village is seeking a confident Brand Specialist for the TEMPUR store in Braintree Village, Essex. This part-time role (20 hours) pays £13.06 per hour and focuses on delivering excellent customer service and representing the TEMPUR brand with pride.

You will act as a brand ambassador, drive store sales, maintain merchandising, handle deliveries and stock organization, and provide hands-on customer support while upholding brand values in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador and help achieve store sales and conversion targets.
• Ensure each customer receives the TEMPUR customer journey with outstanding service.
• Provide 1-2-1 customer service and keep customer first.
• Develop product knowledge and stay aware of promotions and ads.
• Support Store Management in achieving sales targets.
• Execute daily store operational goals and priorities.
