BRAND AMBASSADOR – GUCCI

SELFRIDGES, BIRMINGHAM BULLRING

PART TIME, WORKING 22.5 HOURS OVER 3 DAYS A WEEK

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Brand Ambassador's main objective is to meet sales targets by delivering excellent customer service and brand representation. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, makeup artistry skills, and fragrance knowledge.

Your main focus includes:

- Conducting make-up and fragrance consultations to drive sales and loyalty
- Building relationships with customers to influence and upsell
- Achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Upholding brand standards in appearance and behavior
- Collaborating with store teams and management
- Using iPad for reporting and visual merchandising guidelines

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As an experienced beauty retail professional, you are passionate about makeup and luxury brands, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You should have:

- Makeup artistry experience; fragrance knowledge is a plus
- Experience with luxury beauty brands
- A strong sales record
- Ability to build relationships with retail teams
- Passion for the beauty industry
