BRAND AMBASSADOR – FRAGRANCE (MULTI-BRAND)

BOOTS, BIRMINGHAM (BULLRING)

PART TIME, 2 DAYS A WEEK (15 HOURS OVER THE WEEK INCLUDING EVENING AND WEEKEND WORK)

Responsibilities

The main objective of the Brand Ambassador is to meet sales targets and uphold Coty’s customer service and sales standards, ensuring excellent execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background with experience in the fragrance industry.

Your main focus:
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Represent the brand, maintain company uniform and grooming standards
  • Develop strong relationships with in-store teams and retailer staff
  • Use iPad for reporting and visual merchandising guidelines
  • Build relationships with customers to influence and upsell
