Job Description:

Field Sales Executive

Location: Richmond Upon Thames

Salary and Benefits: £23,500-£24,500 per annum, Up to 10% performance bonus, Company Car, Tablet, Phone, Group benefits (DIS, Pension)

Reports To: National Sales Manager

Hours of Work: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

Base: Field based with HQ visits and offsite meetings

Profile: Sales focused, confident, brand obsessed, charismatic, proactive

If you see yourself as such, you could join our Gym team representing Glanbia Performance Nutrition, a major player in sports nutrition, selling brands like Optimum Nutrition, BSN, and Nutramino.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a gym, sales, retail, or FMCG/Consumer goods market, or brand ambassador experience. Regardless of background, you should demonstrate:

  • Energy, drive, reliability, and passion for excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with influence and change management ability
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a track record of meeting targets and KPIs
  • Knowledge of gym culture and habits across UK gyms
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to document ideas and actions to improve performance
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify sector potential
  • Effective communication with all management levels
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop customer relationships and identify distribution opportunities
  • Sample and discuss sports performance and supplementation knowledgeably
  • Maximize brand presence within your territory
  • Understand and promote features and benefits of all products
  • Support existing accounts and identify growth opportunities
  • Lead category and brand training with retailers and gyms
  • Assist in re-merchandising and maintain brand standards
  • Develop a high-performing field mentality to meet KPIs
  • Communicate effectively and share best practices
  • Resolve issues proactively
  • Maintain expert knowledge of clients’ businesses and products
  • Perform all tasks to high standards
  • Provide constructive feedback to help grow the business
  • Complete administrative tasks efficiently
  • Understand the retail landscape for competitive advantage
