The Role
Are you passionate about Italian wines and have a strong understanding of the UK wine trade? We are looking for a dynamic Antinori Brand Ambassador to represent one of Italy's most renowned wine families in the UK market. This is a unique opportunity to be the face of Antinori in the UK, working closely with sommeliers, wine buyers, and key hospitality professionals to drive sales, expand distribution, and elevate brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to secure new listings in premium accounts.
- Develop and execute promotional activities to drive sales and boost visibility.
- Provide trade partners with tailored brand strategies that highlight Antinori’s prestigious heritage.
- Monitor brand performance and uncover growth opportunities.
Brand Advocacy & Market Presence:
- Represent Antinori as the UK trade’s primary brand ambassador.
- Build and nurture relationships with key on-trade accounts (restaurants, hotels, wine bars), independent retailers, and fine wine specialists.
- Deliver engaging brand presentations, tastings, and masterclasses to educate and inspire trade professionals.
- Provide valuable insights on trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Event & Trip Coordination:
- Plan, organize, and execute memorable brand events, such as trade tastings, wine dinners, and workshops.
- Coordinate and manage trade visits to Antinori’s prestigious estates in Italy.
- Oversee brand activations at industry events and fairs, ensuring flawless execution.
- Ensure marketing materials and event collateral are of the highest standard.
Content & Communication:
- Create engaging social media content showcasing Antinori’s presence in the UK.
- Contribute to brand storytelling and ensure consistent messaging across all trade communications.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop educational materials and digital content for trade partners.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Proven sales experience in the UK wine trade, ideally in a brand ambassador or account manager role.
- A deep knowledge of Italian wines (WSET Level 3 or equivalent preferred).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating with teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence speaking in front of audiences.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail in executing events and marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Fluency in Italian is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the UK and to Italy as required.

Working Pattern
Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm. There will be some evening (and potentially weekend) work when you will have to visit certain customers, potential customers and/or attend events, some of which will be nationwide.
Location
This is a field based position in London, but the post holder must be willing to work from our head office when requested in addition to doing UK travel.
