Job summary

REL Field Marketing is recruiting Brand Ambassadors to deliver high-quality in-store sampling within premium retail environments. You will showcase a curated range of food and drink brands, engage customers with confident conversations, and help drive sales through product knowledge and friendly interactions.

Successful candidates are well-presented, reliable, and proactive, with a passion for customer service. Flexible shifts and full training are provided in a quality-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Retail, hospitality, promotions or customer service experience is advantageous but not required.
• Confident, engaging communicators who can connect with shoppers.

Job description

As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in enhancing the in-store experience:

• Create a Premium Experience - Deliver sampling in a warm, knowledgeable, and professional manner. This will involve preparation of samples for customers to enjoy.
• Engage Customers Naturally - Initiate conversations and build rapport with a wide range of shoppers
• Promote with Confidence - Share product knowledge, key features, and recommendations
• Drive Sales Through Experience - Encourage purchases by creating positive, memorable interactions
• Represent High Standards - Maintain excellent presentation and professionalism at all times
