Overview

Colchester, Stanway, Colchester – Brand Ambassador / Alcohol and Food Sampler role. Package: £14.34/hour (includes holiday pay) + performance-based incentives. Contract: Zero Hours. Days: Thursdays to Sundays. Shifts: 10:30am – 3:30pm or 12:00pm – 5:00pm.

Are you passionate about drink and food, confident speaking to people, and looking for flexible, rewarding work? We are looking for enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to deliver engaging in-store sampling experiences that inspire shoppers and showcase leading products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in-store to promote and sample drink and food products, including alcoholic beverages on some shifts
• Communicate product benefits confidently and accurately
• Drive sales by providing an enjoyable and informative customer experience
• Represent premium brands with energy and professionalism

• Are comfortable handling and sampling alcohol products when required
• Are reliable, professional, and customer-focused

• Have experience in promotions, events, sales, retail, hospitality, marketing, or customer service (preferred but not essential)
