Programme information:
You will join as a trainee as part of the Investment 20/20 one-year trainee programme. While we can't guarantee a permanent position at the end of the 12-month contract, if you perform well and if we have an open position available at the time, then permanent employment could be a possibility. The Investment20/20 trainee programme is offered by many investment management firms, and 75% of the 2,000 Investment20/20 trainees are offered permanent positions at the end of the year.
As a trainee, you will be introduced to investment management, gaining industry knowledge, experience, and developing relationships to progress your career and develop skills to secure a permanent role. We support you in achieving or starting a professional qualification if interested. The programme offers opportunities to meet and network with over 300 trainees across the industry and participate in socials and insight events.
The trainee programme is a fixed-term one-year contract paying £28,000, with 27 days of annual leave. All roles are based in London.

The intern will support the development and delivery of the rebranding workstream from AXA IM to BNP Paribas Asset Management, preparing for January 2026.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Rebranding Implementation across all workstreams
o Support the end-to-end rebranding process, including marketing, corporate communication, and internal teams.
o Assist with overseeing the development and approval of rebranded assets, ensuring compliance validation across channels.
o Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver rebranded materials on time and within scope.
o Act as a brand champion, ensuring consistent adoption and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Brand guardianship and support
o Act as a key brand champion, driving adoption and adherence to brand platforms and assisting with brand-related queries.
o Provide ad hoc support to our internal design agency, including workflow management and basic design projects.
• Contribute to transversal projects and communications initiatives across the wider team where required.
