We’re looking for a dynamic, connected individual to help elevate these premium brands across the fine dining landscape through authentic partnerships, innovative brand activations, and unforgettable experiences. From curated sponsorships to bespoke events, you’ll help create powerful moments that resonate with both industry insiders and everyday diners.

In this role, you’ll be a true ambassador, forging meaningful, long-term relationships with chefs, restaurateurs, and tastemakers across the country. Your efforts will not only support the commercial success of our brands but also contribute to the growth and resilience of the UK’s restaurant and chef community.

What We Are Looking For

A strong communicator who lives and breathes gastronomy. You’ll have a deep understanding of the UK restaurant sector and proven success in building and maintaining relationships with the chefs who power the industry.

A creative mindset and someone who can work collaboratively across a number of functions and teams. You will be organisationally minded and have a keen eye for detail.

The Role:

● Develop and nurture relationships with the UK culinary community: chefs, food journalists, and key stakeholders of top restaurants.

● Create leads for the Sales Team for new restaurant customers and support existing relationships by offering creative marketing ideas.

● Identify and develop brand partnerships in the local market, with the support and supervision of the broader marketing team.

● Bring the brand to life at cultural events linked to gastronomy, leveraging both internal and external resources (activation agencies, distributor partners).

● Work cross-functionally with the sales and marketing teams to share and leverage best practices and execute deals.

● Responsible and accountable for achieving team and personal KPIs while managing the assigned marketing budget.

● Track daily, weekly, and monthly call activity and performance against goals and expectations.

● Conduct post-event analysis measuring success of brand activations, and define and implement any necessary changes.

● Maintain updated CRM dashboards to track new and existing customer relationships.

● 2–4 years in HoReCa Field Sales, Experiential Marketing, or Restaurant Operations Management.

● Premium food and beverage sales/marketing experience preferred.

● An authentic passion for gastronomy with in-depth knowledge of the UK culinary community: chefs, restaurants, hotels, food trends.

● Consistently deliver on KPIs / demonstrated success in previous roles.

● Strong entrepreneurial and execution skills.

● Problem solver, self-starter, and excellent communication skills.

● Higher education in communications, business, or marketing preferred.

● Excellent communication skills and ability to influence key stakeholders.

● Intermediate to advanced computer and database application skills.

● Experience in managing budgets.

● Must live in the greater London area.

● Must be able to travel/drive through the designated market area
